It is in the owners hope to provide you the best hospitality and to make your stay at Willow Lake Bed and Breakfast a memorable one. In order to achieve this for every guest, some simple policies have been established for the bed and breakfast. Please take a moment to review these policies:

 

Check-in: 3 pm. Earlier check-in may be available.

Check-out: 12 pm.

 

Availability:  We are open year-round to accommodate your needs.

 

Rates include a gourmet breakfast as well as deals to community dining and entertainment options and one (1) complimentary special to High Teae or a paddle boat ride on the lake.

Smoking Policy: We are a smoke free property. No smoking inside or on balconies or even the parking lot. Fees will apply for non compliance.

Pet Policy: Kennels will be in the yard, however, no pets will be allowed inside the home, unless under special circumstances.

Payment Policy: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, travelers checks, and cash .

Reservation Policy: Reservations are not needed, however they are desired. If you wish to reserve online, please be sure to include the name that will be used to check-in and a proper form of contact (phone, email, etc.) information.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is required within one week of reservation. Some exceptions may apply; contact management if you have questions with this policy.

Dietary Restrictions: Please advise us of any dietary restrictions upon arrival. We will do our best to meet your needs.

 

Breakfast:  Breakfast for guests will be available from 6:30-10:30 a.m. on a daily basis in the kitchen.  Room service is available upon request.

 

Privacy Policy:  Cleaning staff will make their rounds around 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. every morning.  If your room has a "Do Not Disturb" sign, staff will skip your room and come back at another time.  If you ever need housekeeping items like shampoo, soap, or towels, please feel free to stop by the front desk, they will be sure to get you all fixed up.
